Hilton Garden Inn San Diego Del Mar

By far the worst Hilton customer experience I've ever had. I'm a diamond member who's reservation was unknowingly changed to an earlier arrival, and when I didn't show up for the date they moved my reservation to, they cancelled my entire reservation and charged me a late fee. Absolutely absurd. Please avoid this horribly managed hotel, as I and my company will be doing moving forward.
