Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Diego Otay Mesa

Horrible experience. Hotel was very noise and our room wasn't clean, the carpet was dirty and the staff were not nice. The location is not the greatest either is practically in the Mexican border. Google maps and our car GPS took us to mexico, it was a big pain to find the hotel.

My wife and I stay here every time we visit Imperial Beach. Excellent perfect hotel, clean rooms, bathrooms, public areas great staff, lovely breakfast. We stay here about twice a year, and stay about 2 weeks each time.
