Their customer relation manager called me and apologized about the inconvenience I came across with the horrible Saleman in the past, that was no longer working there. They invited and asked me if I can come again to gain their trust and offered me an appointment to come in for a test drive that will best work with my schedule, I said okay I’ll try to stop by, Sofia their customer relations manager was able to take care of my problems and spoke with the dealerships finance manager to get me a good deal on a vehicle I was interested in .
