Had a fantastic experience at CarMax Roseville working with Stephanie! She not only was very helpful and knowledgable, but also made our experience completely stress free and actually fun! We had a couple issues (on our end) dealing with a trade in, but she worked around the clock to make sure everything worked out seamlessly, and we honestly couldn't be more thankful! Would highly recommend this CarMax location to anyone, and don't forget to ask for Stephanie!! We have already referred several of our friends her way!
