I give this no stars actually but that wasn't a choice here! This is a truly terrible company. Had a very bad experience with a $131 3 session IPL Groupon with them . They cancelled and changed my treatment appointment on the day of the booked treatment, saying that their nurse wasn't qualified! They tried to sell me more expensive, unwanted packages at the 'pre requisite, separate consultation' where they zap the groupon token booked for the 3 treatments. Yet I didn't even get one, let alone 3. After waiting a few weeks I gave up. I wasted endless time on the phone on hold and getting no one at the end. I finally had to drive up to the salon to speak with someone, who then could not redeem my voucher she infact had zapped at the consultation ( which is not protocol for Groupon so be warned) and told me to go back to Groupon to complain and get my money back. I wasted valuable time and money to get nowhere. Had I gone anywhere else it I would have had my treatments by now. I am still awaiting advice from groupon regards a full refund. I would avoid this place at all costs.
