I like going to Firestone because they are a nationwide chain. Any Firestone dealership can bring up your vehicle's history for reference and/or warranty work. I used to go to a major Sear's auto center, but with Sear's closing, I find Firestone to be a suitable replacement for me. Their free cellphone app is great and has many useful features, coupons, parking reminder takes a pic of where you parked, make an appointment thru your cellphone online to any Firestone dealer, download all service records based on phone number, add in service records from other shops, A++
