This place has so much potential, If only the management could get their act together. You can see from many reviews on the web the customer service here is horrible and sadly I had to experience this lack of customer service. I am not going to go into details on what happened to me, but with a little training I am sure the customer service could improve. The management would also do well to pay attention to the facilities. This place is getting pretty run down and it is really showing. With a little basic maintenance this place could be shining again. I am not talking a remodel or anything, just simpler stuff like fixing broken games, repairing latches on the bathroom stalls, adjusting sprinklers so the mini-golf courses aren't flooded. So why, with all these things did I give 2 stars instead of 1? Basically because the prices are reasonable if (and this is a big if) some simple maintenance was done and the managers were better trained in customer service. This is the only place like it around and it would be great to see a local place thrive. The 2 stars are to encourage the owner to put some of the profits back into the building and staff. With a little work this could be an awesome place.
