Avalon Thousand Oaks Plaza

My husband and I have lived here for about 5 months now and we are beyond impressed. We left our old apartment complex because we were not impressed by their staff and the way they were running the place, and that has been the opposite experience at Avalon Thousand Oaks. The office manager, Kimberly, was one of the main selling points for us. She was so helpful and nice. She always had time for us whenever we called. That being said, the office staff as a whole is just wonderful and extremely helpful. The same goes for the maintenance staff, they are always on top of everything and are some of the nicest people around. We are so happy to be living in such a welcoming community and really appreciate how the staff puts on little events throughout the month to get the community together and allow us to meet our neighbors. If you are thinking of moving here I highly recommend it, it is a great place to live!
