I pulled in here because I thought it was hilarious to see a Taco Bell directly after driving by luxury car dealerships. Ordered 2 Spicy tostadas fresco style (no dairy, add pico). The order took over twice as long to receive despite them not looking busy, but that was no problem. Then the tostadas had cheese on them (Receipt confirms it should have been made fresco), I wasn’t asked if I wanted any sauce, and I wasn’t provided a fork to use like nearly every other TB does. I just ate the cheese instead of going back. The food at least looked well made.
