Pizza Hut

Normally this Pizza Hut is pretty good, but this time. It was Terrible! I did a phone order of 2 mediums pizza (meat lovers & a Hawaiian) so it would be ready for carryout when I got there. Ricardo was very nice, he took my order & told it be ready in 20 minutes. However I got there a little quicker than expected so I paid for it and they said it be ready in just a bit so I sat down to wait the expected 5-8 minutes. I thought it would have be busy because of Thursday Night NFL Football, but as I waited & watched, it wasn't busy. They only had 1 guy making a few pizzas. After 15 minutes I figured the they just forgot to call my name so I ask if mine was ready and they once again say it almost ready. I sat down & overheard one of the girls say "We have a problem ", & then I saw the guy in a big rush making more pizzas. Well 2 of them must have been mine, because I had to wait another 25 minutes before they finally called my name. I kindly asked if there had been a problem with the order. ...she say no. I ask what had taken so so long, why almost a full hour? She told me twice that they were just really busy. Bunch of BS, they were so busy that two guys were just chitchat right in front of me doing nothing while just 1 guy was actually making the pizzas and two girls cutting & boxing the pizzas. Damm, I hate when people Lie. I thought phoning in & picking up my order would be way quicker, but I totally wrong! I could have had it delivered in that time and not have wasted my time sitting there like a bump on log for 40 minutes. Very Disappointing!!!
