SmartStop Self Storage

This company has tried to charge me for services they did not do. Has a website that defaulted someone else’s phone number on my account, but tells me there is not a glitch in there system. When I told them I was coming the next day to pick up my stuff they mailed out the key of the lock they put on the door and charged me 16.00. So when I got there they cut off my lock . 16.00 down the drain. When I got in side my bed frame was damaged. She claimed no one had need in there but we have photo evidence that there has been someone in there... smh... Just so glad to be out of that money pit.
