Bought a few living-room pieces from this store. Loved the pieces and all but 1 were delivered in great condition. 1 piece, a TV stand, was scratched up and just overall in imperfect condition. It was annoying at the time to have received a sub-par piece in the first place and to worry about replacing it, but the store tried to be as helpful as possible; through some maneuvering we were able to bring home a piece that day that the store had in stock and was in much better condition. Overall, decent experience and I'll probably be back to browse if I need home decor, which will hopefully be in new-condition.
