I had a terrible experience with trying to get through with mr mullhofer after I paid $1200 for a corporation for my business. First he talked me out of a california company and had me form a limited company in delaware. Lo and behold I now owe tax in both ca and delaware. and i am being charged $250 to just renew my company. just wish he had not led me astray. I was really looking for good tax planning and i now realize mullhofer really does not know anything about taxes. he just ordered a kit form delaware and left the docs blank. Just wish i had not picked a person with such limited knowledge. So after numerous phone calls mullhofer put me in touch with an accountant about 75 year old who really knows little more. just to show you how you can be had at the first meeting and wish i had done more research before spending so much money
