i have medium/long hair for a male and went to rock'n'roll hair cut to get the dead ends cut off and some layers added. Well, I spent 15min waiting (with an appointment) and sat down expecting a great haircut. The hair stylist spent less than 5 minutes quickly chopping my hair. I am very disappointed and will never go back there.
