Santa Clara County Social Services - General Assistance

This Review is for Christine Phan She was very rude and not approachable. When my Mom had a chance to talk to her she was not polite and she raised her voice and yelled at my Mom, she took advantage of my Mom for not speaking English, she verbally abusive my Mom, made my Mom very uncomfortable and got mentally disturb. My Mom came home crying and was hurt. We were there today and talked to her supervisor and she was very nice to us. We already filed a complaint against her to the County ,she needs more trainning and change her behavior not to abuse elderly people .

Grate place gives people food stamps, bus passes and cash...what's not to like !!! The people where really nice !!! I'm sure the people that didn't like this place came there with a attitude
