De Tagle Jewelers and Goldsmith

I needed to have the batteries replaced in a watch and a small clock. When I went to De Tagle they seemed reasonable on their price and the time they'd take to do the job. I told them I'd be back to pick up my items in the time they said they'd need. At that, a guy sitting behind the counter took issue with me not just waiting there while the work was done. I couldn't believe it when he made that an issue. When I tried to get an explanation out of him he more or less told me that he had the right to conduct business however he wanted. I'm sure that people have good experiences with this place; I did in the past. This time, though, I was pretty put off by the guy's attitude. I took my watch and clock and won't be going back.

Went in today to have my ring cleaned. Not only was the service incredible, the jeweler was so professional, kind, and helpful to me. I will Be back for anything I need in the future!!!
