I don't know what everybody's complaining about. I've been going there for years, never had any problem understanding them and the only language I speak is English. Some of the workers don't have any accent at all and for the ones that do, it's generally minimal. They all know what they're doing and work fast, much more efficient than other USPS offices that I've gone to in the city. Problems only occur when they get hit by a crowd, or they're short workers manning the counter. Still, even then, they're quicker than others would be. Sure, some aren't quite as jovial as others, but they're not rude, they're just working hard to keep the line moving. The complainers are too thin skinned.
