If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I brought a very expensive BCBG dress in for my girlfriend to have cleaned on a same day service. I specifically showed them where each stain was on the dress and they marked them with some red masking tape. I showed back up at 4:30 to pick the dress up. It was in EXACTLY the same condition as when I dropped it off. All of the noted stains were still in the dress. At that time I refused to pay for the dry cleaning and they would not give me the dress until I did. They said the "don't guarantee" that they can get any garment clean. This is completely unacceptable, they were rude. And to top it all off they gave me a phone number to call their manager. The number was to the person I had spoken to not 15 minutes prior. Avoid Rainbow Cleaners at all costs.
