Great Clips

I've gone to this salon 2 times since it is close to my house. The first time I received the worst cut of my entire life from a young woman. I asked for just a basic trim and she didn't even cut anything evenly. It is the most basic woman's cut that exists and she couldn't even do it. I had one inch pieces hanging at strange increments around my head when she was done. I went back a few days later and an older lady cleaned it up for free. I think the young woman was fired. I also went back a second time thinking the first was a fluke and they had just accidentally hired someone inexperienced. Same as before, I just wanted a simple trim exactly the same as my current haircut and instead the woman ended up cutting my bangs in a completely different style. I already have very thin and silky hair and she ended up thinning out most of my hair. I had no idea that is what she meant when she said she was going thin it. She took out 60% of my hair! I don't understand how I go in and ask for a simple trim and come out with a completely different style. I would highly suggest avoiding this place. The hair stylists are inexperienced and do not listen to the customers. DO NOT GO HERE.
