Hello Everyone, I would like to write this review about my experience at Buddha Yoga in La Jolla, CA.
Being very picky customer and inexperienced yogi, it took me a while to find the right spot, but I knew right away when I found it.
Buddha Yoga represents everything when you picture Southern California yoga studio with floor to ceiling windows overlooking patio and green walls with plants, that encourage to revisit your botanical knowledge, Shade boutique with the latest trends of athletic, casual beach wear and custom jewelry. Relaxed luxury approach in creating open spaces studios is not a novelty, but it is a perfect balance of location, design, vibrant atmosphere and personal touch - that makes Buddha yoga unique. Atmosphere….let’s talk about it.
At the Yoga studio, everything comes down to the classes and its teachers. The studio is owned by Amanda and Carolina, who teach many classes themselves, but besides them, there are few other highly skilled( no need to point out, but still) professional instructors, who are are very welcoming and always there for you without preaching and pushing yoga culture on you.
The studio has a variety of classes for all levels. It offers workshops and teachers training. You can start from 2 weeks trial for $40 w/unlimited access and only then decide if you like to become a member. In any case, you can always get a drop in or purchase a pack of classes. The possibilities are endless.
So far, I have been really enjoying Buddhi and looking forward to my next class! Namaste:-) EK
