Bistro 39 Restaurant and Bar

We went there for Valentine's. They had a lovely meal choice for the evening, service was excellent, and the napkins were pink and folded into ornate roses that we're beautiful!

Rating and experience based on happy hour appetizers-as-dinner. Calamari was good, and plentiful, supposedly a half order but plenty for two. Street tacos (carnitas) very good. Buffalo wings very good. Billed as 4 wings, received 8. Quite a bargain, not especially healthy though. Service friendly and attentive. Would return.
