STAY AWAY For people who are supposed to help others reach their health goals they sure do not practice what they preach. They blast their speakers and bass every morning at 5:30 am waking the residents upstairs up with their raging bass. I am usually up by 6 am anyways but come on. Would you like to wake up to Shakira or Skrillex every weekday morning? The worst part is that they usually have no more than a couple of people in there. I'm sorry but honest, caring and health conscious individuals do not turn a cold shoulder when bad energy and complaints start impacting their business. They reach out and find a solution to reach optimal results, accommodate all potential client needs. We understand, you're a Pilates studio but try to understand we are residents living right upstairs. Why BLAST your music & equipment, when it's illogical, being that you do not have an audience bigger than a pair? I actually wanted to try you guys out too but your business values are not a fair one. Trainers are rude and the owner is no different. No one cares. A business' character is comprised of the people who run it and that right there says it all. Take your business elsewhere.
