Peet's Coffee & Tea

I have never been so disappointed with peets coffee. I choose to get peets coffee because of my past experiences at other locations. Little did I know that this was no peets coffee shop. I buy a 4 shot latte and a lady hands me milk and sugar with the slightest taste of coffee. I tell her that the coffee is not strong at all for a FOUR shot latte. She tells me to pay for more shots. WHAT!!! The customer before me had coffee much more stronger than mine and jokingly tells me, "I think she gave me all of your coffee". I am thoroughly unhappy with my experience and should have went to Starbucks instead. Do not go here ever. Anywhere else is better.
