I can't say enough about these guys. I came in with a little knowledge and a lot of questions about e-bikes. Rich, the owner knew I had no intention of buying one that particular day, but introduced me to Ernesto, their resident e-bike guru who set up a number of bikes for me to test ride. He spent time showing me the basics and pointed out those features that set different makes and models apart. I mulled things over and came in the next week, having decided on the Trek Verve +. Pablo, who helped me on that visit could not have been nicer. He spent a lot of time with me, getting the setup just right, watching me ride and giving me pointers. It can be intimidating shopping at an enthusiast's store when you are so rusty at riding that just mounting and dismounting is a struggle. These are people that love cycling. It's obvious that they want you to love it too. They very quickly put me at ease. Great shop!
