They have what I order when rhey said there were going to have it. If they don't have what I need the would order it. I can do the search in the web and buy it myself but its time consuming and when the customer wants or needs his or her vehicle done. I go to them. Great place to shop.

Bought my 2018 Genesis trailer brand new from thier riverside lot. They parked the trailers too close together on the lot and the door from another destroyed the graphic on the side of my trailer. Salesman assured us this would be fixed by the time we picked up the trailer for our walk through. We showed up for our walk through/pick up of our trailer and the graphic was not fixed. Sooooo they ordered the new graphic at this point. I get a call a few weeks later that my graphic is in. I take a few hours off of work to drive my trailer down. I get a call about a week or so later and they tell me my trailer is done. I show up look at the graphic and they put the wrong color graphic on my trailer. The grapgic on the side of my trailer is silver and is 3 pieces. Richardsons put a bronze piece as one of the 3 pieces. I tell them the wrong graphic is on and they say they have to re-order it again. I get a call 2 weeks later tell me the graphic is in. Finally it is right. When they told me it was done the final time i asked if they could at least wash the EXTERIOR of my trailer for the inconvenience. They refused. Long story short, bunch of lames that cant even match colors. Bought my trailer late October and because of the delay i have only been able to use it once and its now 1/12/17. Use this place at your own risk
