Cathy takes the time to walk you through the process, step by step, her topical numbing cream (you barely feel at thing!!), how dark they will be AT FIRST, the flaking while healing, touch-up, and any details of what to expect insuring by the time your touch-up is done (they must heal first - everyone's skin reacts differently), they will be to your loving. When I came in for my touch-up, it took her not even 10 minutes to shape my eyebrows once HEALED to absolute perfection. Day in and day out, I get a bountiful amount of compliments on her work - people do not even know my eyebrows are tattooed! She changed my life with her talent, it's truly an art.
