Vans

Horrid experience. Was told by Erika the manager as well as the employees I could return the shoes if they didn't fit. The very next day the same mananager, Erika said we could not because of a little dirt. I'm sorry you cant clean a shoe? So much for customer is always right and we also denied the 10 percent off of the floor model to be able to return them as we were told. Tl;Dr don't go to vans at Victoria gardens. Staff is full of liars and incompetence. UPDATE: The stand alone Vans outlet store 4 miles away exchanged the shoes no problem. Their manager Kris couldn't believe the other store wouldn't do it. Just goes to show how two stores under the same company can be a total night and day difference. Unfortunately the experience has made me never want to shop at vans again. Thanks God for Journeys.
