First time there and it was amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and took the time to meet me, show me around, help me get settled, and introduced me to the instructor and other members. The pure barre class was intense and I left feeling like I got an amazing workout. Drenched in sweat, sore muscles, and a great teacher with hands-on teaching when needed. It was more strength training and pilates based than dance, but it's barre so it was fun every minute. Can't wait to go back.
