7-Eleven

11/23/14 I've stopped in here more than once - and unfortunately, today's experience was the worst of them all. Perhaps I'm spoiled by the new 7-11 near my home in Concord, with friendly service and nice greetings from the cashiers - and yummy hot food. (Well, yummy for 7-11 food). I was pretty hungry after an afternoon exploring and walking around, and decided to run in for four tiny tacos ($0.25 each) and one chicken wing. My total came to $0.84 cents, and I realized that was only for the buffalo wing. A couple people were in line behind me now as I struggled to point to the forgotten tacos. The cashier then rang me up for $1.08 - he'd put the wing back! I had spoken really clearly and slowly the second time around, and wasn't about to give it a third try so I took my tacos and left. I've eaten the mini tacos at a San Diego 7-11 (amazing), at my home 7-11 in Concord, and now here in Petaluma. They were awful here. Definitely yesterdays leftovers or their heater is too high - they were dry and crumbly. Not even worth the quarter. This is a convenient location, but I expect more at check-out, even from a corner store like this.
