Quality Green Cleaners East

I put my dress in this cleaners 3 weeks ago to get the elastic fixed in the upper part of the dress and a dry clean. Last week I went to pick up my dress and The elastic was not added so I left the dress so they can do the proper adjustments for another week. When I return yesterday it's still was not done. The owner wanted to charge me $27 I refuse to pay that because it was incomplete so I ended up paying seven dollars for the dry clean although my dress did not look or smell like it had been Dry cleaned. The owner began to curse at me and tell me he doesn't want people like me business and to get my ass out of here store. He was very disrespectful and rude I told him I would be doing a review going on social media and letting everyone know what kind of business owner he is I would never recommend this cleaners to anyone. I never cursed at him or was rude he should not have spoke to me in that manner. Please take your business elsewhere. No longer will I patronize businesses with horrible customer service skills.
