Pizza Hut

Terrible customer service. Don’t order a pizza an hour before close cause they will make up every excuse in the book to not work. They cancelled our order due to “battery problems” in the delivery drivers car cause they are closing soon. Keep up the horrible customer service and you will find yourself out of business. We called dominos and they are already on their way. Your loss Pizza Hut!

Ordered a pizza online. Delivery came and was prompt but I payed with card and didn't leave a tip at the time. I made sure to cross out the option just in case. Next day I saw the delivery guy gave himself a $10 tip. I called the store and talked to the manager whom preceded to downplay the federal crime while offering me a $25 Gift card. Claimed their delivery personnel sometimes do this on the regular for no tip receipts. After further arguments were going nowhere, I accepted and vowed to the manager of never ordering from them or their organization again. To this day, I never got that gift card
