you can bbq...nonsense you cant...if you are trying to have a "party" with beer cans flying all over, coolers and a tent...yeah, that's not going to work here if you are parked on wrong spot or over 7 days with a pass , yes your car will get towed. if you park with no pass of any kind, yes your car will get tow. I do believe we hire half the work force for gardening of North county...lol, they are always here working....but then again the grounds look great (most of the time)
