Meh. Provided some additional hand holding, which we needed, but with hindsight, I don't feel it was worth the high costs. They assigned 3 project managers to our Expense implementation..if their PMs are true experts I think a customer should have, and only pay for 1 single point of contact PM for a project - which Concur provides 1 PM for the entire project not 3. Also, why does the customer need to pay for their Sr. Project Mgr to manage the project on their side? If I had to do it over, I would get proposals from a couple of other consulting firms.
