I don't give any stars, I' m complaining, I took My husband's coat to Nancys cleaners in Ramona, to give him a surprise, and he ask me for his coat, because he left $400.00 in the inside pocket to make a payment, I went and ask for the money and the owner started yelling at me instead of listening to me and said he didn't see anything. They need to be profesional. I need to check the pockets before Ieaving My clothes and be carefuly giving surprises. They are not a honest business. So I paid $482.00 for a dry clean.
