I intended to buy grey slip ons and there was a sale going on, "spend more then $100, get 30% off" so I asked if I could add the pink slippers that were about $40 and since that too was half off it was not part of the deal. When I get home, 40 mins away, I noticed I was charged for the pink slippers rather then the grey slip ons I wanted. Very upset.

I bought a pair of shoes here. Since they didn't have the right size the sales associate told me if I order this, I would receive it in 3 days. It's been a week and I have not received the shoes yet and it won't arrive for another 4 days according to the tracking number. All customer service line has to say is we can't do anything this is what it is. I could just go to another store. Very disappointed.
