I would give them a 0 * if I could. I had a bad experience with them. I took my car in for a water leak for the water pump. They change that and it cost me $600 for them to do that in a couple other little things they said they needed to do because they wanted to make sure it was all good. 2 Days Later it was leaking again. It turned out that it was the timing cover right behind the water pump that was leaking apparently water passes through it somehow so they took off the water pump to get to that timing cover and it was like paying double for the whole thing. In the end I ended up spending $1,500 for a simple water pump leak. They should have changed that timing cover or seen that it was leaking when they had the water pump off. This is why I hate taking any of my vehicles to any shops because I believe they are all in it together and they have ways of messing your stuff up. And there was a couple of other things leaking that they fixed also but one of the things was just a hole in a hose but they said it was the heater valve switch that the hose was connected to was bad. I had wanted the thermostat changed the first time. They never changed it they ended up saying they couldn't take the bolts out because they might break but that was after I said I only had $900 left and it would cost 940 total with all the rest of stuff. Seems likely that they only did not change that because I did not have that extra $40
