Sue charges $55.00 per hour way too much considering she is very slow. I am not sure if it was on purpose to increase the hours, I went to her to have a couple of extension tracks added to my hair it took her 2 hours but most of the time was spent correcting her own mistakes. I expected her to deduct the time spent correcting her mistakes from the total time but when she was finished she advised me that I owed her for 2 hours Needless to say I was shocked mostly because the finished product was horrible(the tracks were very loose and did not look good) she told me that many people call from her internet ad but once she talks to the person they do not show up she also told me I was the first person to show up after calling about her advertisement on the internet. I figured it was because she charges by the hour who does that most people want a flat fee, that way you know what the charges will be up front. I will never visit her in home salon again. I was new to the area and did not know any other person who did extensions but now I have found another stylist who is very good and gives me a flat fee for the services I request.
