Kaishin Malibu

Phoned in an order for a lunch special last week (Chow Mein w/Chicken) and gentleman on the phome told me $13.00. I recieved the order along with a soup. A few days later, i phoned in an order for the same thing and confirmed the price with them. I showed up and the price jumped from $13.00 to $17.00. They told me that it isnt a lunch special and showed me the menu. I told them that i paid $13.00 the last time and they even confirmed the $13.00 THIS time. They wouldnt even offer to honor the price on the phone from today... Yeah... I won't be back.
