US Storage Centers

Not happy with our old storage center. I was a customer for years, loved it there. Now it has new management and they are rude and unprofessional. Told to move out on my 2nd day there. I wont miss this place! UPDATE: I want to extend my gratitude & appreciation to Neil, the manager at US STORAGE. He contacted me to discuss the situation and handled it with an understanding & respectful attitude. He was professional & went above my expectations with a generous offer. This has changed my opinion thus the update on my review. Thanks again Neil! Once again Neil was able to help me out with additional days to vacate. Overall it was a pretty pleasant experience. Having to transition in and out within 30 days was very stressful but Neil made it so much easier to deal with! Thanks again and again!
