Union Bank

Needed money at ATM, waited 20 minutes for security to show up to let me in the lobby to get access to my money, but No Chance at all ! I could not get into lobby to get tuvATM! What a great bank !!!

My experience with Union Bank is one of the worst I have ever had . . . . unless it compares with the Social Security Office, in which case it is a draw. I want to contact a Union Bank representative in Yucca Valley, CA. I just spent 30 minute with a customer service representative named Tasha who could not help me. She told me to call the same phone number again and press the number 4, which I did. I got the same voice recording and again got a representative from general Union Bank who could not transfer me or tell me how to contact Union Bank of Yucca Valley. We will now have to drive 2 and 1/2 hours to get to the Union Bank in Yucca Valley in order to find a live person to answer our one question. This is more than annoying. Jody Hollinden
