Rite Aid

My experience was with the Pharmacy department which happens to be the most rude unprofessional group of people in particular the Pharmacist Niki and the assistant Michelle. They dropped the ball on processing a prescription for my son that needed a tar. The did not contact the agency in a timely matter as they said they would and when I called to make sure the prescription was available for pick up they then realized they had not made the necessary call or contact needed to complete the process so they decided to be rude and condescending towards me. I have never been treated in such a way. I called the District Manager of that department a Ishmael who was better than his staff in fact he seemed somewhat frustrated that I even contacted him regarding the matter. Ishmael did not hold his team accountable for THEIR lack of communication or customer service in fact I felt as if he supported what was said and done to me. This team as a whole was the most unprofessional group of people I have had to deal with in a long time Ishmael allowed his team to be untruthful, rude, and very disrespectful. I should not have to leave my neighborhood to get good customer service and be treated with respect. I would never suggest any friend or enemy to support this location or should I say this pharmacy take your prescriptions elsewhere or be ready to demand respect and professionalism and trust me it will be a fight. I am still trying to figure out how in the world did Ishmael receive his position he needs to go back to training along with his team. All this team does is lie and make excuses for each other which is really sad. My son has been without his meds now for three days and they don't give a dog on about it. This place needs a do over as soon as possible
