This place is expensive AF. Lol, bring at least $70 if you want to have 2 drinks and an appetizer and tip approximately. They do have a couple of moderately priced affordable drinks as well. I paid $11 for a glass of Brut (champagne), so that wasn't too bad. I think a Moscow mule was $14, also not too bad. If you're on a strict budget (like me) look online ahead of time at the menu, there are reasonably priced food and drink options sprinkled in with the pricier stuff. Dress up, have fun, and enjoy the incredible view. I really like The Perch, its chill and gorgeous. The food and drinks are great. The only reason I won't give 5 stars is the price. Lol.
