What an amazing place. Starting with the nicest, most welcoming staff and ending with a fantastic, high quality breakfast... and everything in between. The B&B is quiet and feels like a true getaway from LA. My husband and I stayed in the Grand View Suite, room 304. There were chocolate chip cookies in the room upon arrival. It overlooks the Ballona wetlands and features a large living room with a fireplace. The fireplace is two sided and the other side is in the bathroom - right by the jacuzzi tub. Very romantic. The wine and cheese happy hour, snacks around the clock, and the breakfast are wonderful. We will definitely stay here again!
