Came out here from NYC to check out Gjelina while I was on my trip to LA. Ambiance outside is very nice, we sat next to the fire pit. Very dark though and hard to read menus. Food was simple and well executed, except the “smoked kale” which tasted like acrid woodsmoke. Can’t say I was totally blown away by the food, but appreciate the variety, focus on local produce, very veggie friendly and good service. And the squid with kumquats was delicious.
