Enterprise Rent-A-Car

After a freak accident on the freeway Thanksgiving Sunday, my body shop uses Enterprise on Gower in Hollywood. I was picked up at the body shop, was quickly in a car. Couldn't have been easier. After two days I wasn't comfortable driving the large car I got, they quickly, easily traded that car for one more to my liking. Both cars were immaculate when I got them, all the people I dealt with were friendly, efficient, and helpful. Have to call out Nathan, a manager. He runs a good ship. 3 months later, my parked car was hit....I'm feeling very fortunate, 2 accidents in 4 months, no injuries....My car was taken to the same shop as before, my insurance had already done everything necessary for my car at Enterprise-Gower. I'm very pleased to say my experience the previous time was not an outlier, but the norm. Friendly, efficient and helpful. About a week into the rental the low tire light showed on the dashboard. Adding air didn't help, took the car in, a nail was in it. Immediately got another car. Didn't particularly like this car, easy exchange. And again, I have to call out Nathan, the manager. This Enterprise is the best car rental place I've ever used, anywhere. Totally professional, easy.
