Went in at my scheduled appointment at about 4pm. They did not have tires for my M3 in stock, and rather than offering up a lesser alternative that they did have, they got right ones delivered within 18hrs! Installed them and called me right at 11:30am the next day as they said they would. Prices are competitive (they also price match), no hidden fees, and they deliver on all promises.
