Michael, At De Carlo Insurance services the needs of our clients always come first. We pride ourselves on delivering superior customer service and have achieved many Allstate awards recognizing our agency. I am very saddened to see your comments as we have built a relationship over the years. In fact, many of your referrals are still insured with our agency today and have been completely satisfied with our service. Over the years, we have written many policies for you where I have personally worked with your sister, cousin and many of your staff who have always counted on me to take care of your insurance needs at a moments notice. In fact, I have never heard any negative complaints, aside from your post, received e-mails or has the agency received a call from you emphasizing your concerns. We are always happy to address the concerns of our clients as your needs come first. I believe your concern is related to a policy you state you never authorized. You also stated in your post, "they fake my signature and now ruining after me for payments." Please let me expound as you were directly involved in the transaction in question. In July 2015, you requested a quote for a number of jewelry items you wished to insure. This was the result of a previous homeowner claim you filed which had limited jewelry coverage and no jewelry scheduled on your policy. A valuable articles quote was provided and e-mailed to your office for your review. Prior to binding the policy in question, you were notified that appraisals were needed to issue coverage in which you personally provided to me. Once I received the appraisals you sent me, your authorization was given to bind coverage and the policy was issued. Shortly after your valuable articles policy was issued, we received confirmation from your office that you received a copy. At that time, your staff instructed our office you were in receipt of the policy and would contact our office if you had any questions. I didn't hear back from your office and called and followed up in late August of 2015. I didn't receive any calls back from your office with any questions or concerns. Regarding your statement alleging your signature was used is baseless and without merit. We have written scores of policies for you, all of which were fully authorized and paid for by you. We also processed your claims when you filed them and fully indemnified you when you needed us most. Your concern is that you state you never received any documentation, never signed anything and therefore you are not responsible. The facts that we have provided your office and the insurance company who issued the policy clearly reflect you were well aware of the policy you purchased. Also, I'd like to point out that you are questioning a policy that was issued over two years ago. Should you have contacted our office shortly after the policy was issued and not two years later, the outcome would have been much different.
