Update: wells fargo/visa authorized a payment from them on a new credit card that I never gave them. On the phone, back and forth. Not happy with WF or this company. Before considering a membership here, READ all the reviews for the payment issues that others have had. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Been taking my money for the last year. My fault, oh well. Went in there to cancel ‘you have to call this number, we don’t do anything here’ REALLY? How stupid! Called number and they said I had to mail them a certified letter! I think not. They push this, ill will sue them for all the free money they have received from me.

Did everything they asked me to do to cancel a membership I never even used after paying my full year. And they still sent me to collections and reported me to credit. With business practices like this it's only a matter of time before they're out of business can't wait.
