Finding parking wasn’t difficult for me when I arrived, so that’s one positive thing. I didn’t schedule an appointment before showing up (Huge mistake, do your best and try to schedule one), so I waited in the non-appointment line for 40 minutes. Then I waited for my number to be called after 2 hours and 25 minutes. All because the machine to get your registration and sticker was broken. Overall, the service is good, lots of seating and you’re able to chill outside and still hear numbers being called. Simply put, the staff have a huge number of people to work with one at a time, but hey do their best to accommodate you any way they can.
Had to go here twice within ten days and the people working here are friendly and helpful. Answered any questions I had and provided guidance. They could use more tellers but I'm sure they are under some labor constraints since about half the windows aren't used usually. Spent an average of 2and half hours here one for license and the other for car registration. This is with me coming about thirty minutes before opening. If you plan to go before opening make sure to dress extra warm.
