This was the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. This is also my first negative review I have ever written.
I walked into the Nail salon, where I did not have an appointment. I waited for a few minutes before anyone took my name or asked what service I needed. I explained I wanted an acrylic fill. No big deal so far.
The man sent me back to a technician named Sam.( coincidence since that is my name) I wanted my fill a certain way, he disagreed with me. That is fine too, but he would not explain why, he became very frustrated with me because I continually asked why he needed to do it this way. I then asked for a manager because we clearly were not communicating. No one would come over, no one helped, and he put his tools away, and got up and left me sitting there.
So I got up and left. He had already started to work on my hands, so Ieft with sharp pointed nails... I asked for a manager or someone, they said no supervisor was available and to use the number on the wall, to send a TEXT to voice my complaint.
I have been to this salon, which is not a bargain. I have spent alot of money there. I was treated rudely.
